With Basic and Premium limits, XREX offers different transaction limits for both personal and corporate accounts. Each currency has its own limits. You can refer to the numbers in the table below.

Please note that the above amounts represent the maximum limits for TWD deposits and withdrawals on the XREX platform. However, each custodian may have its own specific limits, so please refer to the information displayed on the app when using it.

If you complete XREX identity verification on or after June 28, 2025, when you add a TWD account using Far Eastern International Bank (hereinafter referred to as FEIB) as the custodian bank, the FEIB TWD Entry Limit outlined below will apply, in accordance with the deposit rules of our partner bank.

If you wish to upgrade to the standard user limit, you must meet the following criteria. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the upgraded limit will take effect at 2:00 PM on the 1st day of the following month (Actual effective time may vary depending on the processing time of our custodian bank):

The system will perform a settlement at the end of each month. If you meet the criteria for a limit upgrade, your limit will be automatically updated on the 1st of the following month without any additional action required.

If the criteria are not met, the FEIB TWD Entry Limit will continue to apply after the 31-day period ends.

Finally, Far Eastern Bank is one of XREX’s custodian banks. However, when conducting New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) transactions through this custodian, you may also link accounts from other banks.

If you completed XREX identity verification on or before June 27, 2025, you will be subject to the FEIB TWD Entry Limit above for 31 days after passing identity verification. After 31 days, your limit will automatically be upgraded to the standard user limit without any further action needed.
