With Basic and Premium limits, XREX offers different transaction limits for both personal and corporate accounts. Therefore, all users are required to complete identity verification to access these limits and begin using XREX products.

For users subject to the FEIB TWD Entry Limit, the daily calculation is based on local time in Taiwan, from 00:00 to 23:59 (UTC+8).
Please note that the above amounts represent the maximum limits for TWD deposits and withdrawals on the XREX platform. However, each custodian may have their own specific limits, so please refer to the information displayed on the app when using it.
FEIB Fiat Entry Limit
1. Under what circumstances is my account applicable to this entry limit?
When you add a TWD account using FEIB as the custodian bank, the FEIB TWD Entry Limit will apply, in accordance with the deposit rules of our partner bank.
For the real-time limit, kindly refer to the amount displayed in the XREX App. Please see "How can I check my account’s current deposit and withdrawal limits?"
2. How to upgrade to the standard user limit?
If you wish to upgrade to the standard user limit, you must meet the following criteria. (Actual effective time may vary depending on the processing time of our custodian bank.)
Your XREX identity verification has been completed, and your bank account has been verified for more than 30 days.
You have accumulated 500,000 TWD or more in deposits within a single calendar month.
Note:
The annual period starts from 1 January to 31 December (UTC+0) of the current year.
A ‘single calendar month’ is defined as the period from the 1st day to the end of each calendar month. If the cumulative deposit amount does not reach 500,000 TWD in a given month, the amount will reset and be counted again in the following month.
The 30-day period starts from the day you receive the system notification email after completing XREX identity verification.
Daily period calculation for the FEIB TWD Entry Limit is based on Taiwan Time, from 00:00 to 23:59 (UTC+8).
The system will perform a settlement at the end of each month.
If you meet the criteria → limit upgrade on the 1st of the following month.
If the criteria are not met, the FEIB TWD Entry Limit will continue to apply.
E.g., If you pass verification on September 1 → 30 day will be October 1 23:59 → adjust to the standard user limit after November 1.
KGI Bank Fiat Entry Limit
1. Under what circumstances is my account applicable to this entry limit?
When you add a bank account using KGI as the custodian bank, the KGI fiat Entry Limit will apply, in accordance with the withdrawal and deposit rules of our partner bank.
For the real-time limit, kindly refer to the amount displayed in the XREX App. Please see "How can I check my account’s current deposit and withdrawal limits?"
2. How to upgrade to the standard user limit?
If you wish to upgrade to the standard user limit, you must meet the following criteria. (Actual effective time may vary depending on the processing time of our custodian bank)
Your XREX identity verification has been completed, and your bank account has been verified for more than 31 days.
Note:
KGI Bank is one of XREX’s custodian banks. However, when conducting New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) transactions through this custodian, you may also link accounts from other banks.
The 31-day period starts from the day you receive the system notification email after completing XREX identity verification.
E.g., if you pass verification on April 1st → 31 day will be May 2nd at 23:59 → adjust to the standard user limit after May 3rd.

How to apply for higher limits?
Personal XREX account:
Personal accounts are granted Basic limits upon successfully completing Identity verification. To apply for higher limits, please follow the steps below:
Visit the XREX App and click on the profile icon at the top right corner.
Select Identity verification.
Click Go Premium.
Click Send me an email.
You will then receive an email from XREX for further instructions on how to proceed with the application, and our customer team will reach out to you once we receive your application.

Corporate XREX account:
Corporate accounts will be granted with either Basic or Premium limits upon completing verification based on the details provided during the application process (eg, sufficient funding, etc). Any request for higher limits can only be applied 3 months after the time of verification approval.
How can I check my account’s current deposit and withdrawal limits?
If you have completed identity verification and linked your bank account, please follow the steps below to view your account’s total deposit and withdrawal limits.
Tap your account avatar/name in the top-right corner.
Tap Limits.
You will then be able to see your account type and limits.
How to check your remaining limit via XREX App
Upon completion of identity verification and bank account verification, please follow the steps below to view your remaining balance limit in the XREX App:
On the Home page, tap “Deposit”. (Your fiat deposit and withdrawal limits can be found in this section.)
Select the currency based on your needs:

Select your verified bank account, then tap “Next.”
Tap “Check your limit.”
Your current remaining balance limit will be displayed on the screen.
