XREX Exchange partners with banks, including KGI Bank (KGI) and Far Eastern International Bank (FEIB), to provide you with secure and trustworthy fiat deposit, withdrawal, and custody services.
Once you complete identity verification, you can start using XREX Exchange products and services. Personal and corporate accounts are divided into three tiers: Initial, Basic, and Premium. Each tier has different deposit and withdrawal limits.
Please note that under the virtual asset withdrawal policy effective from July 31, 2025, users must meet additional requirements before the withdrawal service can be enabled. For details, please refer to: How to apply for crypto withdrawal and BitCheck access?

Accounts that have not completed identity verification cannot use any fiat or virtual asset deposit and withdrawal services.

TWD deposits and withdrawals are converted at a fixed rate of USD 1 = TWD 30 when calculating your overall limits. This rate is used only for limit calculation and is not the exchange rate applied to your transactions.

Notes:
Personal accounts have an annual limit on TWD deposits: TWD 3,000,000 for Basic and TWD 10,000,000 for Premium. This limit applies per person. Whether you use KGI Bank or Far Eastern International Bank as your custodian bank, your total TWD deposits for the year cannot exceed this amount.
Once you reach your annual TWD limit, you can still deposit USD within the remaining overall deposit and withdrawal limits of XREX Exchange.
Daily limits: from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Taiwan time (UTC+8) each day, resetting at 00:00 the next day.
Monthly limits: from 00:00:00 on the 1st to 23:59:59 on the last day of each month (UTC+8), resetting at 00:00 on the 1st of the following month.
Annual limits: from 00:00:00 on January 1 to 23:59:59 on December 31 (UTC+8), resetting at 00:00 on January 1 of the following year.

Far Eastern International Bank Fiat Initial Limits
Rules for new users
1. When does the "FEIB TWD Initial Limit" apply?
If you have completed XREX Exchange identity verification and linked a TWD bank account with Far Eastern International Bank (FEIB) as your custodian bank, the FEIB TWD Initial Limit applies once your bank account is successfully linked.

2. How do I upgrade to the Basic Limit?
To upgrade from the Initial Limit to the Basic Limit, you must meet both of the following conditions:
Your account has been identity-verified for 30 days, and
You have successfully linked a bank account and deposited a cumulative total of TWD 500,000 or more within a single calendar month.
Effective time: 14:00 on the 1st of the next month after the conditions are met (the actual time depends on the custodian bank's processing).
Notes:
Single calendar month: from the 1st to the last day of each month. If your deposits do not reach TWD 500,000 in a given month, the count will reset in the following month the following month.
The 30-day period starts on the day you receive the system notification email after completing identity verification, regardless of when you linked your bank account.
Daily period for the FEIB TWD Initial Limit: 00:00–23:59 Taiwan time (UTC+8).
The system settles at the end of each month:
If the conditions are met: your limit is automatically updated at 2:00 PM on the 1st of the following month (no action required).
If the conditions are not met: the FEIB TWD Initial Limit continues to apply even after 30 days of identity verification.
Example: You pass identity verification on October 1 → the 30-day period is completed after 23:59 on October 30, and your total deposits in October have reached TWD 500,000 → your limit is automatically upgraded to the Basic Limit at 2:00 PM on November 1.
KGI Bank Fiat Initial Limits
Rules for new users
1. When does the "KGI Bank New User Fiat Initial Limit" apply?
If you have completed XREX Exchange identity verification and linked a bank account (TWD or USD) with KGI Bank as your custodian bank, the KGI Bank New User Fiat Initial Limit applies once your bank account is successfully linked, in accordance with the custodian bank's deposit rules.

2. How do I upgrade to the Basic Limit?
To upgrade from the Initial Limit to the Basic Limit, you must meet the following condition:
You have completed identity verification, and your bank account (TWD or USD) has been successfully linked for 31 days.
Effective time: the next day after the condition is met (the actual effective time depends on the custodian bank's processing).
Notes:
The 31-day period starts on the day you select KGI Bank as your custodian bank and successfully link a personal bank account (TWD or USD) held at any domestic bank. The upgrade takes effect the following day.
TWD and USD accounts share the same start date: if your personal TWD account has been linked for 31 days and you then link a KGI USD account, you do not need to wait another 31 days, and vice versa.
Example: You successfully link a TWD account on October 1 → the 31-day period is completed on October 31 → your limit is upgraded to the Basic Limit from November 1. If you then link a USD account on November 15, the Basic Limit applies to the USD account as soon as it is linked.
How to Apply for Higher Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
Personal XREX Exchange Accounts
Once your personal account is verified, you receive the Initial Limit. When you meet the custodian bank's conditions, your account is automatically upgraded to the Basic Limit.
You must be upgraded to the Basic Limit before you can apply for the Premium Limit. The requirements are:
Your account is verified, and there is no abnormal trading activity
You provide proof of financial capacity (such as bank balances, virtual asset wallet balance records, or investment or other asset statements), showing assets of at least USD 100,000 equivalent
Your cumulative deposits (including fiat and virtual assets) reach at least USD 100,000 equivalent
How to apply:
Open the XREX Exchange App and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Identity verification.
Tap Go Premium.
Tap Send me an email.
You will receive an email from XREX Exchange. Please follow the instructions in the email to apply, and our customer service team will contact you.

Corporate XREX Exchange Accounts
Once a corporate account is verified, it first receives the Initial Limit. When it meets the custodian bank's conditions, it is upgraded to the Basic Limit.
After being upgraded to the Basic Limit, you can apply for a higher limit based on your company type:
1. General corporations: apply for the Premium Limit
Requirements:
Your account is verified, and there is no abnormal trading activity
You provide proof of financial capacity (such as bank balances, virtual asset wallet balance records, or investment or other asset statements), showing assets of at least USD 300,000 equivalent
Your cumulative deposits (including fiat and virtual assets) reach at least USD 300,000 equivalent
To apply, please contact our customer service team.
2. Large enterprises: apply for the Large Enterprise Limit
Eligibility: companies listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange or Taipei Exchange, and subsidiaries included in their consolidated financial statements.
Requirements:
Your account is verified, and there is no abnormal trading activity
XREX Exchange will conduct an overall assessment based on the company's publicly disclosed financial statements, revenue, and other information from the past five years
The cumulative deposit requirement does not apply

Once approved, the system will automatically adjust your account limits. You can view your current limit tier on the Limits page in the App.
Ongoing Review of Limits
After you receive the Premium Limit or the Large Enterprise Limit, XREX Exchange will review your account regularly. Your limits may be downgraded in any of the following situations:
Your account shows abnormal trading activity.
A periodic review finds that your account no longer meets the requirements for its current limit tier.
Within one year of receiving the Premium Limit, your deposits or withdrawals have never reached the Premium single, daily, or monthly limits, and our assessment determines that the Premium Limit can no longer be sustained.
For accounts with the Large Enterprise Limit, the limit tier will be reviewed again if the company loses its listed status or its financial condition changes significantly.
How Can I Check My Account's Current Deposit and Withdrawal Limits?
If you have completed identity verification and linked your bank account, follow these steps to view your account's overall deposit and withdrawal limits:
Tap your account avatar/name in the top-right corner.
Tap Limits.
You will see your account type and limits.
How to Check Your Remaining Limits in the XREX App
If you have completed identity verification and linked your bank account, follow these steps to view your remaining deposit and withdrawal limits:
On the Home page, tap Deposit. (Fiat deposit and withdrawal limits are shown on the Deposit page.)
Select a currency: USD or TWD.
Select your verified bank account, then tap Next.
Tap Check your limit.
Your current remaining fiat deposit and withdrawal limits will be displayed.
