Linking your TWD bank account allows you to deposit and withdraw funds quickly and securely. To get started, please make sure you have completed identity verification, then follow these steps to add your bank account for future transactions.
Steps to add a TWD bank account:
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the Home screen.
Select Bank accounts.
Select the TWD Bank account option.
Click on Let’s get started.
Select the custodian you wish to use and click Next.
XREX's current custodian banks are Far Eastern International Bank and KGI Bank. However, you are not limited to these banks and may add an account from any bank of your choice.
Please note that transaction limits may vary slightly between custodians. Refer to the information displayed in the app for the most accurate details.
Each XREX account can only be linked to one New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) bank account under the same custodian bank. For example, if you have already linked a CTBC Bank account under KGI Bank as the custodian bank and would like to switch to an E.SUN Bank account, you must first delete the existing CTBC Bank account before adding the new E.SUN Bank account.

Click on Next.
Enter all required details accurately and upload the necessary account verification documents.
Click Submit. Once submitted, please allow up to 7 business days for your TWD bank account to be reviewed.

What is an account nickname?
An account nickname is a personalized label you can assign to your added bank accounts, making it easier to identify and differentiate them at a glance.
Why did I receive 1 TWD in my bank account?
You may notice a deposit of 1 TWD from 鏈科股份有限公司 in your bank account. This is a normal part of the standard bank verification process, so there’s no need to worry.
What happens if I use a bank account that is not linked to my XREX account, or deposit funds to the wrong virtual account?
For TWD deposits and withdrawals, you must use a bank account that is linked to your XREX account and deposit funds to the virtual account of the custodian bank you selected in the XREX App.
If you use an unlinked bank account or transfer funds to a virtual account of a different custodian bank, the transaction will be returned and the funds will not be credited to your XREX account, even if the bank account is under your own name.
Can I change my linked bank account?
You can change your verified New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) bank account. However, each XREX account can only be linked to one TWD bank account. Therefore, if you want to switch to a new account, please delete your current bank account first, and then add the new one. Please follow the steps below:
Open the XREX App and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Bank Accounts and select your TWD bank account.
Tap the bank account you want to delete, then select Delete Account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add a new TWD bank account.

If your bank account has not been used for a long time, please make sure it is still active and can be used normally.
Can I make transactions using both TWD and United States dollars (USD)?
The use of TWD or USD for any transactions will be restricted for 24 hours. This means that if you use TWD to buy or sell any cryptocurrencies (such as USDT, BTC, etc.), you will not be able to use USD to do any transactions within the next 24 hours. Please refer to the restrictions in the image below:

TWD deposits and withdrawals can only be made using your verified bank account and the correct custodian. Any transactions using a different account or selecting the wrong custodian, even if the account is under your name will be returned.
Please select the bank branch according to the branch code. The bank branches' names are provided for reference only, as they may be subject to changes made by the bank. Please contact us if you are not able to find your relevant branch code in our list.
XREX only accepts bank accounts held in your name and matches your identity verification documents. All other attempts to add bank accounts that use aliases, joint accounts, etc., will be rejected.
In accordance with Far Eastern International Bank’s internal regulations, XREX currently does not support linking Bankee as a TWD deposit and withdrawal account.
