Before making a USD deposit, please ensure the following conditions are fulfilled. Once that's done, you can proceed with your USD deposit.

Please follow the correct USD deposit steps based on your platform.
XREX Taiwan users: Taiwanese nationals or individuals residing in Taiwan with valid residency, as well as businesses registered or operating in Taiwan.
XREX Global users: Non-Taiwanese nationals or individuals residing outside of Taiwan, as well as businesses registered or operating outside of Taiwan.
XREX Taiwan User
USD Deposit (KGI Bank Only): Currently, USD deposits to your XREX account are only supported via a KGI Bank USD account.
Log in to XREX and click Deposit on the homepage.
Alternatively, click on Wallet and then click Deposit.
Select USD.
Choose your verified bank account.
Follow the displayed remittance instructions. This is your dedicated USD deposit virtual account.
Before transferring funds, you must first set your XREX USD virtual account as a designated transfer account with KGI Bank. USD deposits are only supported via online banking transfers; transfers at the counter are not accepted.
Your funds will be credited to your XREX Exchange wallet.
USD transfers typically arrive in your XREX wallet within 1–3 business days, depending on bank and security processing. You'll receive an email once your funds arrive.
XREX Global User
You can link a USD bank account from any supported financial institution. For more information, please see the Country List of Financial Institutions Supported
Log in to XREX and click Deposit on the homepage.
Alternatively, click on Wallet and then click Deposit.
Select USD.
Choose your verified bank account.
Follow the displayed remittance instructions. This is your dedicated USD deposit virtual account.
When submitting your wire transfer request, you must include the Reference ID provided by XREX in the "Remarks" or "Message" field. Failure to do so may result in your USD deposit being delayed or rejected.
Your funds will be credited to your XREX Exchange wallet.

Important notes
XREX only accepts deposits from verified bank accounts whose account holder name, bank name, and account number match the information provided during your XREX identity verification. Deposits from third-party bank accounts will be rejected. Please note that a processing fee will be deducted from your refund, and additional fees may be charged by intermediary banks.
Deposits that exceed the per-transaction, daily, or monthly limits will be refunded in full, less any applicable processing fees. XREX does not retain excess funds for processing after your limits reset, nor does it partially process deposits that fall within the applicable limits. Please ensure your deposit amount is within the applicable limits before initiating the transfer.
On the page displaying your dedicated deposit account, click Check your limit to view your remaining deposit limit.
Reminder on fiat currency limits
To comply with regulatory requirements, when you place a spot order or complete a conversion using one fiat currency, spot trading and conversion for other fiat currencies will be temporarily unavailable for 24 hours. During this 24-hour restriction, other services including Margin, dollar cost average (DCA), Grid bot, and fiat deposits and withdrawals remain available. You may continue to deposit or withdraw USD and TWD as needed.
Example:
If you place an order to buy BTC with USD on 3 August 2023 at 3:30 pm, you will not be able to use TWD for trading or conversion until 4 August 2023 at 3:30 pm, regardless of the order status.
