How to pass XREX personal identity verification?

Step-by-Step: Identity verification for a personal account


  1. Click Verify now from the homepage.

  2. Select the Personal icon.

  3. Click Go personal.

  4. Agree to the terms of service by pressing I agree to the terms.

  5. Select your occupation and press Continue.

  6. Select your nationality and press Continue.

  7. Click OK, let's go.

Submitting documentation


You'll now be directed to our identity verification provider (Sumsub).

Here you should provide documents according to your nationality: What are the required documents?

Indian Nationals

  • Proof of Identity (POI): Passport, Aadhaar card, or Voter card.

  • Liveness check: Your face should be clear of masks, sunglasses, and face covers.

Non-Indian Nationals

  • Proof of Identity (POI): Passport or government-issued identity card.

  • Proof of Address (POA): Bank statement, utility bill, or identity card.

  • Liveness check: Your face should be clear of masks, sunglasses, and face covers.

Resubmission


  1. Click Re-submit from the XREX App homepage.

  2. Click Re-submit and proceed with the following instructions.

  • Make sure to take a clear photo in a bright environment; no screenshots. If your documentation was rejected due to uncertain reasons and you are not sure how to proceed, please contact our customer support team.
