How to check my identity verification status?

Find your identity verification status on XREX App.

To provide a safe and secure platform, XREX sincerely designs the verification process and assigns an independent team to review all applications.

Curious about the status of your application? No worries, follow the steps below to find out the status.

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the Home screen, and your status will be shown on the right side of Identity verification.

  2. Click on Identity verification, and you can see your account status at the top of the page.

Here’s what each status signifies:

  • Reviewing: Your application is presently undergoing review. We'll promptly notify you of any updates.

  • Incomplete: Should your status display as Incomplete, click Continue and follow the instructions provided to submit any necessary documents. For guidance on successfully completing identity verification, refer to our article: "How to Pass XREX Personal Identity Verification?"

  • Verified: Congratulations! You can utilize all the features XREX provides.

  • Rejected: Your verification may have been rejected due to not satisfying the onboarding requirements based on our compliance regulatory assessment. Please note that the internal review process is strictly confidential and we cannot disclose the reason for rejection. If you have any questions, please contact customer support for assistance.
