Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the Home screen, and your status will be shown on the right side of Identity verification.
Click on Identity verification, and you can see your account status at the top of the page.
Here’s what each status signifies:
Reviewing: Your application is presently undergoing review. We'll promptly notify you of any updates.
Incomplete: Should your status display as Incomplete, click Continue and follow the instructions provided to submit any necessary documents.
Verified: Congratulations! You can utilize the features XREX provides.
Rejected: Your verification may have been rejected due to not satisfying the onboarding requirements based on our compliance regulatory assessment.
