How to apply for crypto withdrawal and BitCheck access?

To protect user assets and uphold our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF), XREX will implement a new feature activation policy starting July 31, 2025. Users who complete identity verification before July 31, 2025 will not be affected by this new policy.

Please note that if you fail to complete XREX’s periodic review by the deadline, the new policy will apply to your account.

After completing identity verification, new users who wish to use crypto withdrawal or BitCheck features must submit a separate application in accordance with the requirements outlined below. Other features will be made available either directly after identity verification or upon completion of the suitability assessment, without the need for a separate application.


Eligibility: Can I Apply?

If you need access to the above features, please make sure you meet the following two requirements:

  • Completed identity verification for at least six months
    You must have passed XREX identity verification for more than six months at the time of application.

  • Account status is Verified
    Your identity verification status must be Verified at the time of application. Please note that if your status is Reviewing or Rejected, you will not be able to apply.


Application Process

  1. Open the XREX App and log in to your account.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Identity Verification.

  4. Tap the Submit request button at the top of the page.

  5. If you meet the requirements, the system will send application instructions to your registered email address.

  6. Follow the instructions to submit the required documents. XREX will review your application and notify you once the features are enabled. You will then be able to use the crypto withdrawal and BitCheck features.


Friendly Reminders

  • The crypto withdrawal and BitCheck features are only available to users who meet compliance requirements.This restriction and the corresponding review mechanism are implemented in accordance with internal control procedures and external regulatory requirements. XREX will assess your transaction history and account activity as part of the review. To prevent misuse, the detailed review standards and procedures will not be disclosed.

  • If you see a message in the app indicating that you are not yet eligible, it means you currently do not meet the application criteria. You may reapply once your identity verification has been valid for six months. Please note that your verification status must be Verified at the time of application.

  • Review outcomes are based on your account activity over the past six months, along with internal policies and platform guidelines. Applications cannot be expedited, submitted in advance, or re-submitted multiple times. We appreciate your understanding.


Important Notice

While crypto withdrawal and BitCheck require additional approval, you can still freely use fiat withdrawal services and withdraw your assets stored on the XREX platform at any time.

XREX reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all applications for crypto withdrawal and BitCheck access, and may reject any application that does not meet the eligibility criteria in order to safeguard the platform and its users.
