XREX is required by law to collect a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) and send a Uniform Invoice (GUI - Government Uniform Invoice) to individual users when you use XREX in Taiwan. All invoices issued by businesses must comply with the regulations and standards. For details about this regulation, please refer to the "Time Limit for Issuing Sales Documentary Evidence" in the "Value-added and Non-value-added Business Tax Act".
We will consolidate and issue a Uniform Invoice for that day based on the transaction time whenever you complete a transaction and it will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

XREX users who meet one of the following criteria will be recognized as Taiwanese users and will receive services from XREX Taiwan:
Individuals with Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality;
Non-Republic of China (Taiwan) nationals holding work visas or residence permits in Taiwan; or
Individuals with sufficient documentation proving residency in Taiwan
