Where can I see my invoice settings?

Check your invoice settings on the XREX app.

XREX issues invoices for users in Taiwan, and you can now easily customize your invoice settings directly in the XREX app for a more convenient experience. If you're curious about why you're receiving an invoice, check out this article: Why am I receiving a Uniform Invoice (GUI)?

Follow these steps to update your invoice preferences:

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the Home screen. Click on settings.

  2. Click on Invoice.

  3. Click on Carrier type to select. You can choose from email, phone barcode, and donation code.

  4. Click Save. Your invoice option is updated successfully.

Important Reminder

Each carrier type requires specific information. Ensure you fill in the required details for the chosen method. For more detailed information, the app provides a link to the E-invoice website.
