3. When will the first purchase be executed after I create a plan?
After you create a plan, the system will place the order on the next eligible purchase date based on the frequency you set (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom dates).
For example, if you set up a monthly plan on May 15 with purchases scheduled for the 15th of each month, the first purchase will be executed on June 15, and then on the 15th of every month thereafter.
4. When will the deduction/execution take place?
On your scheduled purchase date, the deduction will start at 12:00 PM (UTC+8) from your wallet balance or reserved funds. Orders will then be executed sequentially by the system.
5. Is there a minimum investment amount for DCA?
Yes. The minimum amount per plan per period is:
100 TWD, or
3 USDT
6. What is the DCA fee?
Each DCA purchase is subject to a 0.05% transaction fee.
7. How can I check my DCA transaction history and average fill price?
You can view your transaction history and average fill price by following the steps below:
On the XREX App home page, tap Finance at the bottom
Tap the DCA tab
Tap My Plans
Find your plan under Active, Paused, or Ended.
Tap View detail
Scroll down to view the average buy price, total invested amount, and recent purchase records
8. What happens if I don’t have enough balance in my account?
If a deduction fails due to insufficient balance, the system will try again in the next cycle. Your DCA plan will be automatically paused after three consecutive failed attempts.
