How do I set up and end a DCA plan?

You can create a DCA plan in the XREX App by choosing the assets you want to invest in, setting the amount for each purchase, and selecting a schedule to activate the plan. If you no longer want to continue, you can stop the plan. After you stop it, the system will no longer execute future buys, and it will no longer calculate your average holding cost.


How to set up a DCA plan

  1. Open the XREX App home page.

  2. Tap the Finance tab at the bottom.

  3. Under the DCA tab, tap New plan.

  4. Enter the amount for each buy.

    1. You can choose TWD or USDT.

  5. Set your buy frequency:

    1. Daily

    2. Weekly

    3. Monthly

    4. Custom dates: You can select up to 5 purchase dates, and the system will automatically execute an order on those dates each month.

  6. Add the asset(s) for your investment plan:

a. If you choose a single asset

  1. Tap Continue.

  2. Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service, then tap Confirm Plan

  3. Done. Your plan is set up!

b. If you choose multiple assets

  1. Set up your asset allocation:

    1. Set up your asset allocation by adjusting the slider, entering percentages, or using equal allocation.

  2. Tap Continue.

  3. Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service, then tap Confirm Plan

  4. Done. Your plan is set up!

After setting up your DCA plan, you can choose to pre-fund it in advance so your investment funds are reserved and won't be spent elsewhere. For details, please refer to “How do I pre-fund my DCA plan?


How to pause or end a DCA plan

  1. Open the XREX App home page.

  2. Tap the Finance tab at the bottom.

  3. Under the DCA tab, tap My plan.

  4. Under Ongoing, find the plan you want to end.

  5. Tap Manage plan.

  6. Tap Pause plan or End plan:

    1. Pause plan: Stops all future purchases, but keeps the plan. You can resume the plan in the future to continue investing.

    2. End plan: Permanently stops all future purchases and returns any pre-funded balance to your wallet. The plan cannot be restored once it has ended. To continue DCA investing, you'll need to create or copy a new plan, and historical average cost calculations will start over under the new plan.

  7. Tap Pause plan or End plan again to confirm.

  8. Done. You can review the plan details under Paused or Ended.
