Steps to withdraw United States dollar (USD)
Log in to XREX and go to Wallet.
Click Withdraw and select USD.
Select your preferred withdrawal bank account.
Click Add new bank account and fill in your bank account details if you haven’t added your preferred bank account yet. Please note that XREX only accepts bank accounts held in your name. To learn more, please visit:
Click on your preferred withdrawal method. We currently offer:
KGI Bank. A member of China Development Financial Group, offers a comprehensive range of banking services, including deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management.
Far Eastern Commercial Bank. A Taiwan-headquartered financial institution that provides USD deposit services with a processing time of approximately 0-2 business days for banks in Taiwan and 1-3 business days for USD accounts in other regions.
Enter your preferred withdrawal amount and click Confirm.
XREX will review the withdrawal request within 24 hours after receiving them. USD withdrawals are normally credited within 2-5 business days, depending on the bank remittance processing time which approximately may take 1 to 3 business days. Any withdrawals made during the holiday will be postponed.
Congratulations! You have successfully withdrawn USD to your bank account.
Important notes
The minimum withdrawal limit is 50 USD and the fee for USD withdrawal is 0.1% of the initial withdrawal amount with a minimum fee of 30 USD. The actual amount received might differ depending on fees charged by parties handling the bank withdrawal. To learn more about withdrawal fees, please visit:
Withdrawal requests cannot be canceled once the request has been made. XREX will directly deduct a handling fee of 50 USD for any withdrawal transactions rejected by your beneficiary bank.
You can view the status of each withdrawal request by going to History and clicking on Withdrawal.
Processing: XREX is currently reviewing the withdrawal request.
Rejected: Withdrawal request is rejected by XREX.
Completed: The withdrawal request has been approved and XREX has notified your preferred withdrawal payment channel to process the withdrawal. Please note that this status does not mean that the withdrawal amount has been successfully credited to your bank account. A situation where your beneficiary bank rejected and refunded the amount to XREX might also occur. In this case, XREX’s dedicated customer support representative will contact you for further follow-up.
