What if I accidentally deposit a cryptocurrency that does not support on-chain deposits?
Please contact customer support to inquire about retrieval and associated fees. Note that not all cryptocurrencies can be retrieved. Check the support page or wallet interface for deposit compatibility before proceeding.
How can I withdraw cryptocurrencies that do not support on-chain withdrawals?
You can sell these cryptocurrencies for TWD and then withdraw through banking channels. Alternatively, you can convert them to other supported cryptocurrencies like USDT, BTC, or ETH, and then withdraw them on-chain.
