To ensure our users experience swift and convenient USD deposit and withdrawal processes, XREX collaborates with KGI Bank and Far Eastern International Bank to offer USD custodians. We tailor these services based on regulatory compliance requirements and your account type. Below are the user types and key points for each service channel:
KGI Bank USD Channel:
Services are only available to Taiwanese nationals and foreign residents in Taiwan.
Users must open an account with KGI Bank to use this service.

Far Eastern International Bank USD Channel:
Services are only available to non-Taiwanese individual users (i.e., foreign users residing outside of Taiwan) and corporate users not incorporated in Taiwan (i.e., businesses not registered in Taiwan).
FEIB, as a custodian bank that collaborates with XREX, facilitates access to USD services on the XREX platform. However, if you wish to use this USD custodian, your linked bank account is not limited to Far Eastern International Bank. You can also add foreign currency accounts from other banks located in our supported countries. Please note that the custodian displayed on the app or web browser is the deposit and withdrawal channel available to you.
