XREX Taiwan: Users with Taiwanese nationality, foreign nationals holding a valid Taiwan Resident Certificate (ARC), and businesses registered or operating in Taiwan.
XREX Global: Users who are not of Taiwanese nationality or do not reside in Taiwan, as well as businesses that are not registered or operating in Taiwan.

For example, services like BitCheck, New Taiwan Dollar custodian bank, USD custodian bank, and A2ZCrypto Swap may have different regulations depending on the platform.
