How to open a corporate account?

Step-by-step guide to applying for a corporate XREX account.

  • Sign up - If you haven't already signed up and created an XREX account, please go ahead and complete sign-up first - How to open an XREX account?

  • Camera/Scanner - a phone/tablet/scanner to present information.

  • Identity verification & conditions - Company documents; letter of authorization, proof of business address, company stakeholders, register of directors, etc.

Written steps to acquire the Corporate application form:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Then click Identity verification

  3. Select the CORPORATE icon and click GO CORPORATE

  4. Lastly, press OK, APPLY and you'll receive an email with further instructions. Kindly complete and submit the required documents/details in the form and the XREX team will take over from there.

Required documents:


  • Letter of authorization

  • Certificate of incorporation

  • Memorandum & articles of association (or by-laws)

  • Business registration document / certificate of incumbency / company search report (within the last 6 months)

  • Registers of shareholders (issued within the last 3 months)

  • Register of directors (show at least two directors, unless only one director) (must be issued within the last 3 months)

  • Proof of business address (issued within the last 3 months)

Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (owns more than 25%):

  • Proof of identity: Eg. Passport, Identity card, Driving license

  • Selfie with proof of identity

  • Proof of address: Eg. Bank statement (issued within the last 3 months), Utility bill (issued within the last 3 months), Government issued documents
