To delete your account, please note that there are some requirements that you'll have to fulfill in order to complete the process:
XREX wallet balance should be below 100 USD.
Completed all pending BitChecks.
No pending withdrawals or deposits.
Closed all open orders from the Trade page.
If you meet the above requirements, please follow the steps below so you can proceed with deleting your XREX account:
Navigate to the Settings menu in the XREX mobile app.
Open the Data & privacy menu.
Click on the Delete your XREX account button.
Confirm the account deletion by using your PIN or use the Biometric protection for confirmation.
Once you have confirmed, you will be logged out and your account will be deleted after 72 hours. You will not be able to log into your account and you are not able to create a new account with the same email address during those 72 hours. In addition, if you have created an XREX Club while your account was active, it will be closed once your account is deleted.
