To open an XREX account, you’ll need to complete a few steps. Depending on whether you are opening a personal account or a corporate account, the process may vary. Please follow the steps and choose the section that applies to you.
Step 1: Download the XREX App
Step 2: Enter Referral Code
Enter your referral code and click Next. If you don’t have a referral code, click Skip. Learn more about referral codes in this article: How Does Referral Work?
Step 3: Choose Your Account Type
Select whether you’re opening a Personal Account or a Corporate Account and click Next. This choice will determine the steps that follow.
Section A: For Individual Users
Verify Your Mobile Number:
Enter your mobile number to receive a verification code via SMS.
Enter the code to confirm.
Verify Your Email Address:
Enter your personal email address, and you’ll receive a verification code.
Enter the code to confirm.
Provide Personal Information:
Select your residence and nationality. Click Next.
Taiwan Residents or Nationals: Follow additional instructions to enter your ID number, name, date of birth, etc. Use the document scanning feature to auto-fill information if desired.
Non-Taiwan Residents: Continue to 4. Create a Secure Password.
Create a Secure Password:
Set and confirm a password with 8-25 characters, 1 special character, 1 number, and 1 upper & lower case and click Next to continue.
Section B: For Corporate Users
Verify Your Mobile Number:
Enter your business contact number to receive an SMS verification code.
Enter the code to confirm.
Verify Your Company Email Address:
Enter the official company email address and verify with the code sent to this email.
Provide Business Details:
Select the country of operation and incorporation.
Create a Secure Password:
Set and confirm a password with 8-25 characters, 1 special character, 1 number, and 1 upper & lower case and click Next to continue.
