Disable two-factor authentication on the XREX App.

Updated over a week ago

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an important security measure that serves to protect your account from being compromised. If you need to change your phone, you can disable 2FA and then re-enable it. Follow the steps below to disable 2FA.

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the Home screen and select Account & Security.

  2. Click on Authenticator app.

  3. Disable the two-factor authentication.

  4. Press Disable Two-factor authentication button.

  5. To enter the 6 digit code, navigate to the authenticator app.

  6. Copy the code of XREX from the authenticator app.

  7. Paste it to the column on XREX App and your 2FA is disabled.

Important reminder

Don't forget to re-enable 2FA before making withdrawals, as disabling it will restrict the withdrawal function.
