How do I reset my password?

Follow the instructions to set up a new password.

In the event you lose your password, please follow the steps below to reset it:

  1. Enter your email address on the 'Login/Sign up' page.

  2. Click on the Forgot password button in the right corner below the Password field.

  3. You’ll receive a six-digit verification code in your email inbox. Enter the code on the XREX app.

  4. If you have enabled two-factor authentication, copy the code from your Authenticator App. If not, proceed to step 6.

  5. Return to the XREX App and paste the two-factor authentication code.

  6. Set and confirm a password with 8-25 characters, 1 special character, 1 number, and 1 upper & lower case and click NEXT to continue.

  7. Your new password has been successfully set.

After changing your password, please be aware that a 48-hour withdrawal lock is activated for security reasons, during which withdrawals from your account will be restricted. To avoid inconvenience, make sure to enter your password accurately. If you exceed five incorrect attempts, your account will be locked for two hours. In such cases, please wait for the lock to expire before attempting to log in again.
