How to pass XREX personal identity verification?

Step-by-Step: Identity Verification for a Personal Account

  1. Click Verify now at the top of the XREX App homepage.

  2. The verification process consists of two parts: Basic Information and Proof of Identity.

  3. Click Verify now next to Basic Information.

  4. Follow the instructions to select your occupation category and account opening purpose etc. Once completed, Submitted will be displayed on the right.

  5. Next, click Verify now next to Proof of Identity

  6. Follow the instructions to submit the required documents and complete the liveness check.

  7. Once all the above steps are completed:

    • If "Attention" appears at the top of the screen, please click Verify now next to KYC Questionnaire. You will receive an email at your registered email address. Click the link in the email to provide the required information as instructed.

    • If "Reviewing" appears at the top of the screen, please wait for the review process to complete.


Submitting Documentation

You will be directed to our identity verification platform (Sumsub or Authme). For information on what you should provide, please refer to this article: What are the requirements for personal identity verification?


Resubmission

  1. Click Continue or Re-submit from the XREX App homepage.

  2. Click Verify now and proceed with the following instructions.
