Step-by-Step: Identity verification for a personal account
Click Verify now at the top of the XREX App homepage.
The verification process consists of two parts: Basic Information and Proof of Identity.
Click Verify now next to Basic Information.
Follow the instructions to select your occupation category and account opening purpose etc. Once completed, Submitted will be displayed on the right.
Next, click Verify now next to Proof of Identity
Follow the instructions to submit the required documents and complete the liveness check.
Once all the above steps are completed:
If "Attention" appears at the top of the screen, please click Verify now next to KYC Questionnaire. You will receive an email at your registered email address. Click the link in the email to provide the required information as instructed.
If "Reviewing" appears at the top of the screen, please wait for the review process to complete.
Submitting documentation
You will be directed to our identity verification platform (Sumsub or Authme).
If either your nationality or residence is Taiwan:
Proof of Identity (POI): Government-issued identity card. Non-Taiwan nationals must provide an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC).
Secondary Identity Document: You may need to submit a secondary ID. Please follow the instructions in the app to upload your National Health Insurance card, driver's license, or passport.
Liveness check: Your face should be clear of masks, sunglasses, and face covers.
If neither your nationality nor residence is in Taiwan:
Proof of Identity (POI): Passport or government-issued identity card.
Proof of Address (POA): Bank statement, utility bill, or identity card.
Liveness check: Your face should be clear of masks, sunglasses, and face covers.

Resubmission
Click Continue or Re-submit from the XREX App homepage.
Click Verify now and proceed with the following instructions.
Make sure to take a clear photo in a bright environment; no screenshots. If your documentation was rejected due to uncertain reasons and you are not sure how to proceed, please contact our Customer Success team.
Under review
